AboutThe Little Mermaid was a 120+ cast member public works show, including some AEA members and many people who had never done theatre before. The show included multiple primarily Spanish speaking actors, and 20+ children. To manage the scale of the cast, Dallas Theatre Center enlisted a 12 person stage management team, including a Supervisor, a PSM, two ASMs, Three PAs, Three Interns, and Two Child Supervisors.

To keep information easy to understand and accessible for our cast members with limited theatrical experience, I shifted the daily call information from the typical Dallas Theater Center format into our grid format, as well as translated the information into Spanish (using Google translate, and help from PA Connie Galvan) for our primarily Spanish speaking cast members.
