Kelby is a stage manager with experience in New Work, Theater, Dance, and Opera production. Originally from Dallas, TX, Kelby moved to Pittsburgh, PA to study her craft at Point Park University, graduating a year early after spending time training as an apprentice and TA in database design and excel formula creation under the program director Aaron Bollinger.

Kelby's work focuses on building proactive organizational systems that help creative teams collaborate efficiently, as well as making coordination within large casts and production teams more effective.

Alongside stage management, Kelby believes understanding the full production process is crucial to stage management, and has general training across many areas including lighting design, scenic design and painting, carpentry, costume design and construction, and audio design. She has practice with production tools such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD, QLab, and ETC family consoles, and has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Family Programs.

Kelby is current finishing her final year in university while undergoing individual training in corporate event management with the Event Training Academy. Her goals are to continue on in New Works, Corporate Events, and other forms of Large Scale Productions.
